About

Built from
the inside out.

Before real estate, there was law. Twelve-plus years working inside legal practice exposed the transactional infrastructure that most agents never see. That foundation created an edge that strictly residential training never could.

The Origin

The license came later.
The education started much earlier.

Twelve years in legal practice meant front-row access to how real estate actually works from quit claim deeds, rezoning presentations, lien negotiations, closing documentation, to business brokering. Two attorneys in that environment planted seeds that wouldn’t leave. The picture of what real estate could be, beyond strictly residential sales, became clear early.

The license came when it was time. The mindset had been forming for over a decade.

Real estate is a puzzle. Every engagement whether an acquisition, a disposition, a management mandate is a set of pieces that need to be correctly assembled. Budget, criteria, risk profile, exit strategy, tenant quality, lease structure. The work is identifying what’s missing, what’s misaligned, and what needs to happen in the right sequence to produce a result that holds up over time. The more complex the puzzle, the more interesting the problem.

The Dual Role

Transaction and
operations. Both.

Operating as both a Realtor® and a licensed Community Association Manager isn’t common, and it’s not accidental. Property management provides direct insight into how assets actually perform after acquisition. Tenant quality, lease enforcement, maintenance systems, cash flow predictability aren’t abstract concepts. They’re observed daily, managed directly, and applied back into every acquisition recommendation.

That feedback loop between transaction and operations is what makes the difference between advice that sounds right and advice that proves right.

The property management portfolio started small, a handful of units that needed to be cleaned up and systematized. That work is ongoing. The portfolio is growing. The goal is scaling from single-family through multi-unit to commercial, not because it’s ambitious, but because the systems built at each stage compound into the next.
